| Please, provide us with any comments on your assessments on the above statements. | SoHS is a renowned School in the field of Health sciences. But now it is going to loose its name and fame. Lots of Private school has been established in the country and they are producing good man power. So we have to change the pattern of study in SoHS. It is like a government school. We know government sector is going to be collapsed nowadays. Teachers from government college/school are not motivated to upgrade the quality of education. so we have to provide motivational package for them. that's why they can change the quality of education. Teacher hire process should be fair and should hire competent and qualified one. then we can get the quality of education from SHoS. We should focused for the practical education. During the practice in field, one supervisor from the school should be there in the field. Teacher should be full timer if possible. The part time teacher can not delivery sufficient knowledge. Some basic training and refresher training should be provided for them on regular basis. |
