An organization cannot build a good team of working professionals without good Human Resources. the key functions of teh HRM inlcudes recruiting people, training them, performance appraisal, motivating employees as well as workplace communcation, workplace safety, and much more.

We also started to assign Job Description, appraise the performance, identify training and other needs, prepare individual Performance Improvement Plan and do accordingly.
